Return overview
Dispatched research materials are planned as final sale, with review for shipping errors, damaged arrivals, missing items, or documented lot-information discrepancies. Report an issue within 7 days of delivery and retain the materials and packaging. Any return requires written authorization. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
