Processing
The planned processing window is 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed and any required research-use review is complete. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Processing and carrier transit are separate periods; a processing estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Destinations and services
The planned store will serve United States destinations. Available carrier services, charges, delivery estimates, and any shipping promotion must be displayed before a customer pays. No shipping service, free-shipping threshold, or carrier rate is active in this site. Carrier estimates can be affected by weather, access limitations, holidays, or operational delays.
Address and tracking
Customers should check the delivery address before submitting an order and contact hello@mbiopeptieds.com promptly about an error. Once a shipment is handed to a carrier, changes may not be possible. Tracking information will identify dispatch; it does not independently establish the condition or analytical quality of a material.
Damage, missing items, or delivery concerns
Report a damaged package, incorrect item, or missing item within 7 days of delivery. Include the order reference, affected product and lot, and useful package photographs. Preserve the package and materials while the issue is reviewed. Do not send a return without written instructions. Contact us about a delivery marked complete that cannot be located so the shipment record can be reviewed.
