Payment & Billing Policy
Clear authorization and order information before any payment.
No payments in this site
The current site does not accept payments or create payable orders. The cart is a browser-based planning feature. Do not send money, card information, bank details, or payment credentials based on a cart total or an unverified message.
Future checkout
When purchasing is enabled, the available payment methods, full order amount, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any payment instructions must be shown before authorization. Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. An order can be declined or cancelled if payment cannot be verified or research-use eligibility is not established.
Billing questions
For an unexpected charge or an order discrepancy, contact hello@mbiopeptieds.com with the order reference and a non-sensitive description. Never email a full card number, account password, or bank-login credentials. A payment method or billing descriptor used by another supplier should not be assumed to belong to M Bio.
Subscriptions and refunds
No recurring product billing is active on this site. Newsletter enrollment, when enabled, will not authorize a product purchase or recurring charge. Any future recurring offer must state its amount, frequency, cancellation process, and separate authorization. Approved refunds will follow the Returns & Refunds policy and the applicable payment provider's process.
