Frequently asked questions.
The catalog, documentation, handling, and customer information.
Can I place an order now?
The cart does not create an order, reserve stock, or collect a payment. Account registration and live checkout are not enabled.
Who is the catalog for?
Adults aged 21 or older accessing materials for lawful laboratory research. Materials are not for human or animal consumption or administration. The age disclosure is a self-attestation, not verification of institutional eligibility.
What is in the collection?
The catalog contains 12 items, including individual compounds, Wolverine, GLOW and KLOW blends, NAD+ in 500mg and 1000mg presentations, and bacteriostatic water in a 3mL presentation.
Where do I find a certificate?
Open Certificates of Analysis or the documentation link on a product page. Original supplier reports retain the original laboratory, client, sample, and tested lot. M Bio lot correspondence is unconfirmed; a supplier reference is not a confirmed M Bio lot certificate.
What does COA pending mean?
A suitable public supplier reference is not currently published for that presentation. Unreported identity, purity, sterility, composition, or endotoxin results must not be inferred from a product name or image.
How should I handle or store a material?
Use the actual manufacturer's lot-specific documentation and your institution's approved procedures. Dry material and liquid diluents can require different conditions. Product images are not validated stability instructions.
Where are shipping and return terms?
The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages explain the planned process. No shipping service is active in the site. Contact hello@mbiopeptieds.com before sending any return.
Can I join the newsletter?
Enter your email in the footer, choose Join, and confirm your newsletter consent in the Sulus form. Submissions are saved in the M Bio CRM. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How do I contact M Bio?
Email hello@mbiopeptieds.com. The mailing address is 1900 Pioneer Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Include the product, presentation, and relevant report ID for a documentation question.
